Yeah, that's basically what I do, depending on the movement. You could add some really light stretching and barbell work. Assuiming you do 2-3 of the main movements on the same day, something like basic bitch stretching and empty bar 3x10 for diddys, BTNP, OHP and skwaats should be enough for getting your body ready and not tiring it out.
I think that's KINDA similar to what Bryce Lewis does anyways.
