I've been lifting for a few months and I'm only on 85kg. I don't add weight every session though. Upshot is my form is bretty good and I don't have any injuries.

My goal is the exact same. I had to quit gymming for about 2.5 months which sucked but I should hall 100kg in another ((100-85)/2)=3 weeks.

I'm on Greyskull's LP. The failure/reset cycle was very helpful in the beginning cause I was weaker than a Japanese Tetris champion.

Op here, well I'm back. Just not feeling it today so not going to bother going gym. Next week though.

Your form is not as good as you think. With consistently good form you should be much farther than 85kg after a few months. Or you are just not eating enough.

I remember when i was hyped about squatting 2pl8. Now its just one of many warm up sets.
Don't let some random milestone intimidate you op. Go at it with confidence like its bitch weight.

Naw, I haven't yet plateaued - for a few months I was fucking up by not following a decent program and having awful form (meaning I had to drop about 30% of what I was lifting when I corrected my form).

Ever since I started following Greyskull's LP I've been climbing consistently and quickly.

Chug a strong cup of coffee and get in there. If you don't feel like lifting heavy then take off about 10kg from your current 5RM and pump out sets until your legs feel like falling off.

Consistency is so underrated it's ridiculous.
