That... was pretty fun to read actually. I'm gonna stop with Chinese cartoons right now though before I become a weeb.
4 years on fit and ive never seen anyone recommend squatting in front of a wall.
Does it work?
Any femanons ITT. Do you really moan in pleasure when squatting?
...
is this a legit manga or some weird Veeky Forums /a/ colab?
It's legit and quite funny to me. Only 4 chapters so far the next one is 9/23.
I could read this daily over most manga. The information is also pretty accurate which I was shocked by.
It's obviously got that sex appeal/echi stuff but the information and comedy is good.
Main character is waifu material though.

Does anyone do the stretches like in this chapter ? I only do the shoulder rotations with static stretches after warmup cardio.
Will Hibiki make it, bros?
It's for retards that can't control their knees
It's excellent for teaching new people, but if you've been lifting with decent form, you don't need to.
Do them just to see if you're good though
Yeah, the bit about stretching being detrimental to lifting was great. Clearly some knowledge behind the manga.
I probably wouldn't feel comfortable enough to go to the gym if I had only read this manga and wanted to bench or squat. Starting out with the big compound lifts, and really still to this day, you have the fear of god in you and i did a shitton of research before daring to face it. But maybe this will convert some /a/ browsers so hey, whatever works.
Neither are that difficult. You know the scariest lift for me to start? Skullcrushers with a dumbbell.
