Rack is £450, I'm getting it for a little under £300.
Gonna have to clean it up a bit though, but there's no structural damage, just cosmetic.

Really? Lol I used to take Lithium, lexapro (SSRI), and vyvanse and was forced to stop taking them all at once cold turkey. Had no withdrawal symptoms. Even though you're supposed to ease off lithium slowly.

Stop lifting over 80% in a motion you can't perform properly. You're strong enough to hurt yourself.

The knee collapse is still really bad. Your sumo is trying to compensate for weak quads and glutes with your hamstrings and lower back. You're basically doing a shitty wide stance squat with extra good morning. You're gonna hurt your knees and back in short order.

Improve your hip flexibility so you can start from a more vertical position, and do pause squats to strengthen your glutes.

I like doing them with a cable machine instead of how your gif shows. I usually do them for like 3 or 4 sets of up to RPE 9, but make it something that I do for like 12-15 rep/set
