Tyler honestly changed my life desu. Before I found the RSD videos I was pretty much lost on how to talk to girls in social settings like bars and shit (I'm a college student). I had gotten girls in these situations before but it was usually some combination of luck and/or mutual friend introductions.

I found the RSD videos when I was a sophomore, I'm a senior now. Tyler's whole MO is based around confidence, something I had pretty much lacked my whole life. When I actually sat down and told myself I was going to start using his strategies and being truly confident in social settings it kind of became a self-fulfilling prophecy: forcing myself to act confident actually MADE me more confident. Nowadays it's like second nature, just like he said it would be. It just takes practice.

That same confidence made me realize how shitty my body was (skinny af 135lb at 5'8) and inspired me to start lifting, because I knew with a muscular physique I would likely never have confidence issues again. This part is a work in progress, but coming along great and making me more confident all the time. All of these concepts work in unison and if you actually apply the stuff he says to do your life will improve in spades.
