I have an Asian chicken option as well, but best tip for bulking is don't make Shit fancy, get a few good meals in and just eat calorie dense stuff for a bulk, I'm doing GOMAD out of necessity(milk is probably the best thing, no prepping, no cooking, just drink it, it doesn't taste bad etc.

Soy sauce has a lot of salt, don't go overboard every day.

Chicken breast sliced in smaller bits, spaghetti, carrots, spring onions(all sliced into thin strips) just cook the chicken with some sesame oil until it's a nice color, then put soy sauce in (to your liking), then add the veggies, let them steam down, then mix it all into the noodles, more soy sauce, done. Tastes great
