When I first started losing weight slimming up etc. I was only doing cardio...that's it... Lost hundreds of pounds...

Is cardio something I should be working into doing daily to keep fat off (assuming i don't eat right) or to lose weight all over my body

Also fat loss rate is higher the more fat you have. Moving from 25-24% is MUCH easier than going from 15-14%

That said cardio is good for your general fitness and your heart, so I'd recommend doing it a couple times a week if you want to maximise your lifespan.

As for shifting weight, I think lifting burns as much (if not more) while also building muscle.

Tldr lift to lose weight, cardio to stay alive longer
