Are there any Veeky Forums+looks maxing routines out there? Routines that focus solely on looking better? I know many will say bodybuilding routine and hyper trophy etc but they really don't are what I want..
For example things that are super important in looks are neck size for example, or forearm/wrist
What should I do to get maximal overall and facial especially gains?

Some general tips
>Shave your face or grow a real beard. Patchy scruff looks horrendous
>Get your haircut once a month whether you "need to" or not
>Stop drinking soda and juice, drink water, hot tea, and black coffee
>You don't have to take cold showers, but don't take very hot showers because it drys out your skin and makes you look older. Sit in a sauna or steam room if you want to relax. Also, when you shower get in and get out. Clean yourself and then get out, don't waste your time indulging.
>Do cardio 2-3 times per week if you have a desk job, you will not lose gains and you will have more energy
>When you wake up in the morning DO NOT go back to sleep, get up and out of bed immediately and you will not feel groggy
>If you use social media or spend a lot of time on the internet, take a break from it for a week or two. You will have noticeably reduced anxiety and less stress

>Stop masturbating and looking at porn. No, not cause nofap is 100% fact or anything like that. It's just a waste of your time.
