You could try isloating them wrist curls and such. But I found that most growth comes from overall lifting itself. Doing heavy bicep curls and tricep extensions where a lot if isometric strain is put on your arms destroys the forearm muscles fibers as well. Even heavy deadlifts or rows work your forearms. Just lift and your forearms will grow by itself. Unless they look comically small, you shouldnt be doing a lot of extra work

I do standing wrist curls at the gym and keep a few varied resistance hand grips at my desk.
Do your dumbbell curls standing up and alternating, gets more blood pumping into the arms like a compound movement, then do reverse curls with an EZ bar.

Wrist size is genetic. They will always be thin because you have thin bones. As for the forearms you can make them bigger by continuing to lift over time. They might grow too slowly for you to really notice a difference over time, especially in such a small timeframe as 2 months. Try measuring them every month or so and you should notice some increase to keep you motivated.

Your forearms are full of muscles that control your ability to grip and to extend your fingers out. Exercises that articulate the wrists like wrist curls work great, but things that require you to grip hard for extend periods of time like pullups or deadlifts also work extremely well for increasing the size and strength of your forearms.
