Every time I brace for squats, I can feel that brace loosen when I hit depth. I think I'm trying to avoid buttwink. As a result, when I go up my back is kind of arched (towards the ceiling, not a good morning squat) Is this normal? or am I going too deep? Hitting just below parallel is a struggle.

Not sure what state you're in, but in Queensland they recently reclassified steroids as being class-whatever-class-meth-and-shit-is. So yes, that would probably mean police action.

Drop the weight way down, brace, do reps very slowly and pause at the bottom for a couple seconds.

Practise the movement focusing on every part of it. Doing less weight and doing it slowly allows you to analyse better what you are doing without having to exert yourself a lot.

Once you get the form down, build it up adding weight maintaining that form.

You should go as low as you can while maintaining tightness. Obviously some people can go ATG while maintaining tightness, and some people aren't built for it or are to stiff to do it.

Yeah I might've doubted it too before my doctor finally allowed me to try it. I'd have mood swings, and was emotional pretty frequently. I had more instances than not growing up where I couldn't get an erection, and never had experienced morning wood. And if I didn't get at least 10-12 hours of sleep I'd feel so shitty Oddly enough I still gained strength very well, but muscle came terribly slow. When I was 16 I tested at 430ng/dl, 17 was 350ng/dl, and finally when I was almost 20 I tested a 223ng/dl. Now my sex drive is crazy which I guess is normal. My head and emotions are much more level, and I only need 6-8 hours of sleep.
I take 150mg test cyp a week, I also have to take arimidex at 1mg every 3 days as I also have naturally high estrogen, The Charlotte thing is actually fitting haha. Attached a pic if anyone may think I'm lying

I'm only on 3 days a week. I usually skip out or go lighter on the rows the workout before maxing, but other than that it never affects my recovery. Reminder that I only lift baby weight though.
