What would you say is the average time taken to have a complete transformation from typically out of shape to a body that would be easily noticeable? (With 100% training and a complete diet in check)

If you were in shape before about 3 months from high intensity cardio and fasting.

Physique wise he's basically exactly the same. If he raised his shoulders in the first one, and puffed out his chest, and had a shoulder pump going on, and sucked in his stomach, he'd look almost exactly the same
