As I can't get into 0.5 precision I did 107.5 for 10.

Go to a different gym breh. I trained at a commercial fitness club for a few years and it was awful - demotivating environment, rude people, rude old people, broscientists, bad equipment and crappy attitude from staff.

Going to a club/pl gym has literally made my life better.

Because obviously the ones you put in the spread sheet are horribly over estimated - at least that is what I feel like.
I mean, the 107.5 kg were really hard, but I just don't see how that could possible raise my 1 RM from 135 to 137.5.
It just feels totally surreal - 107.5 is so far away from 137.5

3 rm is more accurate, some people are really fucking good at reps. Also, since you probably did it >tng, your paused max will be 5-10 lbs lower, if not less.
