“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” - Socrates

Are you a greater intellectual than Socrates?

I lift to because you feel great after, kills time without wasting time, nobody fucks with built people, if your lifting responsibly and are natty it's healthy, it helps with confidence and helped me make more friends. You can quit if you want and turn lanky or fat, but don't try and tell other people to quit or try to convince them it's not worth it, it changed my life.

>nobody fucks with built people
>if your lifting responsibly and are natty it's healthy

Natties don't look like they lift though

Nah, you're just a weak bitch

If you don't go overboard, diet and exercise is great at making you feel good and look good and it also makes you healthier and your mind sharper.

Wearing a tight shirt so muscles are clearly seen gets the message across.

>implying it's all or nothing
