2. bend until shins touch bar
3. done, grab the bar and you're done.
have you tried thinking of your body like a spring? when you're pulling your butt down, you're storing energy (even if you're not really) and then when you start the movement you release that.

It doesnt hurt to squat or deadlift but a few hrs after doing them and the day after back seems to hurt more.
Usually with tweaked back doing squats and dl with good form would fix them but this time it seems different.
Anybody have similar experience
