Losing weight is easy. Just eat at a caloric deficit. If you want to do a little better you
1. eat 1g protein per pound of lean bw to 1g of bw.
2. lift (heavy) at least twice a week.
3. Do a moderate caloric deficit (80% of main.)
This will take maybe 6 months or less for you.
After that, eat at maintenance for a few weeks and slowly start to make muscle gains by going on a slight caloric surplus.
With your body, you can have a beach body in 1 year if you are a little dedicated.
Don't have a lot of cheat meals.
