Oats are fucking beautiful
I'm the autistic oat user who made the oat thread yesterday, I've been eating nothing but oats with some slight flavoring (honey, milk, cinnamon, rarely fruit) for 3 months.
Here is a revised "meal-plan" for my fellow oat lovers, I adjusted it to use instant oats rather than steel cut oats as people seem to prefer those, even though I use steel cut since they're more nutrient dense.
I only add the beef to serve in obtaining a higher amount of protein, and more micronutrients.

You'll feel full fucking ALL of the time. My exact daily intake is something like this

>2x servings PB oats + beef post workout
alternatively you could do 1x servings of PB oats + beef post workout, and use the last serving of oats as a snack.

oh also, add some different fruits, cinnamon, or even chocolate chips (very rarely) to your oats every once in a while. Keeps it varied.

I don't know any different, but isn't 436g of carbs a fuck load? Do you ever get tired of just eating oats all day? I'm genuinly curious, might try it out.
oh my fucking god why. I love oats for breakfast as much as the next Veeky Forumsizen, but what the actual fuck is wrong with you. I'm gagging in my seat just thinking of stuffing myself with 6 cups of oats a day. Fucking christ, man. What's the point of living if you can't have varied meals while bulking? Do you live in rural siberia where food is impossible to come by and your wages are 5 dollars a day?
It's a lot of carbs, but it just depends on how you want your macros to be split. I respond best to high carbs, low fat, and moderate (slightly above 1g/lb bodyweight) protein
I don't really get bored of eating it, but then again I have high functioning autism and this helps me track my intake nearly perfectly because of the lack of variation, plus food is not an enjoyable experience for me, merely something I vacuum down for gains. A means to an end.
Every sunday I have home cooked meals from GF tho, and that keeps it varied enough as well.

drop a lot of the oats out, add in eggs in place, do that for increased protein and decreased carb intake, and yes I would recommend it with those modifications.
Just dropping the amount of oats would work, but wouldn't reset insulin sensitivity at all, and likely would be nowhere near enough protein

good kind of full, just as though I'm not hungry and have a good bit of energy
take a multivit every day, and fish oil, also the beef and any added fruit helps with that.
