drop a lot of the oats out, add in eggs in place, do that for increased protein and decreased carb intake, and yes I would recommend it with those modifications.

Just dropping the amount of oats would work, but wouldn't reset insulin sensitivity at all, and likely would be nowhere near enough protein

see pic, energy is great, literally nearly all carbs, no issues with libido or anything.

see above, probably about the same as any other diet for me, but I have a high sex drive to begin with

Are you not deficient in vitamins and micro nutrients?

good kind of full, just as though I'm not hungry and have a good bit of energy

take a multivit every day, and fish oil, also the beef and any added fruit helps with that.
