I have no idea.. i mean im no standard since im lean at 5'8 but that amount of weight seems crazy to me.
Even crazy buff large guys at my gym did 1pl8 at most.

Yeah seems right, but i don't think i will ever be at that weight since my 5'8 height ( at least not without having some considerable fat)

I'm shoulder dominant, and my best strict press was 190, compared to a 295 bench. 225 is to ohp what 315 is to bench, and a 300lbs strict press is absolutely elite.

Tip for shoulder gains: Shoulders develop better with short rest periods.
