I'm confused about how to warm up. Some people say anything heavier than the bar just fatigues you and I've heard other people say that how fatigued you get by a warm up weight is relative to how strong you are.

Should you always warm up with the bar regardless of your working set weight? Should you do 2 sets of warmup at ~60-70 working weight or should you do something like 1 set at 40% working weight, next set at 60%, next 80% etc until you get to your working set?

I don't warm up or stretch for Bench, just today I stuck 265 lbs on and did 3x5. For Squat I pop my hips first then go straight to my working weight.

Just start with the empty bar and do 3-5 reps, the slap on 10 kg or 25 ish pounds and do 2-3 reps

keep doing that untill you're at your working weight, no rest, then do your working sets

start higher with deadlifts and such because they don't work with an empty bar of course

Would a mix between Greyskull LP and BBB of 5/3/1 be viable? I'm starting to stall at my progression doing SS. 5RM are 40kg OHP/80kg Bench/125kg squats/145kg Diddly. I'm currently 80kg 175cm.

So I've been doing the modified SS in the sticky for a few weeks now, and I just found out that you're not supposed to be doing every accessory every workout because i'm a retard, so basically i'm doing weighted incline sit-ups, dips, hypers, and pull ups every workout. Is this bad? Also, I really want to blast my core, would it be fine to do daily bodyweight core routines?

There's studies that show it boosts test, but nothing really amazing. You won't get actually impactful test boost unless you roid

Yes, you can get runner's high from not running, but the symptoms you're describing are not those of endorphin release, unless you have a major endocrine disorder, which is much less likely than blood pressure issues

It's might be more useful to make a very conscience effort to be extremely gentle during masturbation, at the cost of your own stimulation. I recently changed to a PPLx routine and my bench has actually gone down since I've started it. Coincidently my push day has the most volume.

Bench 4x6 (200lb)
Flys 4x8
Shoulder Press 4x5
Tricep Extensions 4x8
Dips 3xfailure

Each push session the 200lb bench gets heavier and heavier, to the point where I was failing each set around the fourth rep yesterday.

I'm assuming it's too much volume, but should I remove an exercise or just add another rest day? I'm eating and sleeping enough.

Reduce the bench and the press sets by 1 and see what it does for you. When was the last time you deloaded?

I always start with compounds, so I warmup by starting really light and adding weight. So for bench I start with 95 lbs, do a set of however many I feel like, put on 50 lbs do another, then go up by 20-50 lbs a set until I'm at my working weight.

You could lift more if you warmed up. It literally warms the muscles (temperature-wise), gets them lubricated and gets fresh oxygenated blood flowing to them.

So i think I've been measuring protein wrong. the brand I buy comes with a scoop. and that scoop has markings, 10,20,30,40,50, and so on. Don't believe the myth that a caloric deficit means it is physically impossible to build muscle. For people new to training you can do just that. Also, strength gains aren't just about how much muscle you build. More strength and endurance = better training capacity which means you can make better gains faster when you start eating more.
