Starting strength on a cut

Hi guys skinnyfat guy here. I'm doing ss on a cut
Are my lifts gonna be stalled or will I make any progress?
5'10 and 178 lbs
OHP 90 lbs
Bench 120lbs
Squat 200 lbs
Chinups assisted 30lbs
Deadlift 200lbs(grip issues)
This is my progress after a month. Have been cutting at 500-800 calories per day.
My main goal is getting thin enough for abs so should I even bother with not progressing?

I do cardio twice a week

Not going to make it. You need to gain. Get those muscle groups in the green categories by building them up. This will require body fat. Once you've actually got good lifts going (stalling out on SS, no linear progression) then consider cutting and brosplit bullshit. You're subpar in some areas ffs, you can't even get ottermode at this strength level.

no, you won't make any progress. You need caloric surplus to gain muscle and strength. You need to lift while cutting to preserve as much muscle as possible but either way you will lose muscle mass and strength on a cut. This is the way of a natty. If you don't like it, you can hop on gear.

Don't listen to idiots who say you need to bulk. I am assuming your goal is to look good, not become huge or push big numbers. Just eat around 500-800 calories below maintenance and make sure to consume 1g/lbs of LEAN body mass. This is what I, did along with SS+upper body accessory lifts and I became intermediate in all my lifts and finished my cut after 4 months. Now bulking for 2.5 months and the gains keep on coming.

Total weight except for dips, chinups and pullups. In those cases you only put in the weight you add to your body.
