I've heard great things about PPLx2 and am interested as its a pure hypertrophy program for 6 days a week (coming off PHAT with two rest days and two strength oriented days) however i've heard arms can lag on PPLx2 and i was wondering if there was a revision of the program that was the best for building a level physique! 6'3" 185. 1 year lifting with maybe 6 months of actual consistency. Currently doing calisthenics only until I resolve some musculoskeletal imbalances. Lighting makes me look slightly less lean than I actually am. Should I slow bulk or should I cut?

I'm maintaining now to work on skin and Strength for some Judo competitions now. I dropped some weight super fast for a bet and now I'm dealing with the consequences ;_; finally low enough BF for abs and now my skin fucks it up

I've never worked my abs directly. I'm what happens if you only squat and deadlift for abs. I've recently tried to incorporate ab exercises, but I'm not sure what I should be doing.
