Alternate resting on A or B at the end of the week with a light workout.

The current program I have was made to hit every bodypart 3x a week and still try to get sufficient rest for hypertrophy. 12 reps, 4 sets, 2 exercises per bodypart. Always use a compound exercise if possible.

I'm slowly switching back to PPL, 3 exercises/3 sets/ 6-8 reps.

what was your bulking diet?

Most of my time lifting I did Starting Strength and variations of it with some random excersises thrown in towards the end of a workout. Pullups, a couple of curls, nothing special.

160 to 185 I tried to hit 200g of protein per day and 3500-4000 cals a day. I ate as much as I could and trusted that the little fat I gained was an easy trade for solid gains.

My diet was full of memes.

> 4-6 servings of fruit, grapes, apples, bananas
> A pizza for dinner (Whisper this 3 times: "Chad, Chad, Chad")

I've always had trouble building up an appetite, and gaining weight became difficult. So I said fuck it, ate tons of protein be it from a mcdouble, chicken breast, or glass of milk, and finally started to grow.

My cut took about a month and looks bretty good. Paying attention to my protein and calories seems like the biggest cause of my gains. That and consistent gym attendance.

Obliques are a big weakpoint for me. They are only visible when I'm leaner. I've been slacking as far as ab training goes, so I'll be sure to add in some extra oblique work

If you just weighed the bones alone, the guy on the right here would weigh far more than the gymcel cuck on the left because he has LARGER, HEAVIER and DENSER bones.

Hour and a half or so. I work at a gym so I have all the time in the world to do it. And I'm on cut, so burning those extra calories everyday ain't bad.
