idk man. The only ones that look easy are the dips/pullups/bench. Don't forget that just getting the minimum isn't enough. You need to get points n shit above the minimum.

There absolutely is. I'd suggest watching some how to deadlift videos and coming up with a setup checklist in your head to follow. Looks like you're just walking up to the bar and picking it up
