I don't think it's just a myth. My hairline started receding right when I started taking creatine. A close friend started taking it when he was a freshman and he's balding pretty bad right now. Nobody in his family is bald either...weird.

Well, I've been balding since I hit purberty, and if anything my hairloss slowed dramitically around the time I started taking creatine.
Granted, my dad is bald as fuck and I think the slowing really only occurred because I found better methods of managing stress.

Not sure. I only went 5 days on nofap with only 2 days on the lecithin before nutting in my gf's mouth. It was a pretty dank load, but the results are inconclusive.
ZMA bros, how much does it help with sleep? I've never heard of of this supplement but I've had insomnia for about 8 years now (did a sleep study, almost guaranteed have sleep apnea) and melatonin and magnesium don't work anymore.

Helps but its subtle. Most important thing is forcing yourself awake at the same time every morning, day off or not. No media for a couple hours before bed, cold shower to lower body temp, etc.

Arginine is a precursor of nitric oxid, which then helps activate and increase the level of cGMP which then activates your dick.
Viagra blocks cGMP degradation, which increase much more the presence of cGMP.

I spend $15 on multi and get enough to last me 500 days. Really not a big issue.

as a matter of fact, 1) d2 and d3 are the same for the body 2) supplements with vitamin d do not sort the same effects, expose yourself to the sun suntimes and no, it's not necessary to expose more than 6 months a year
unless they are really well calibrated, they tend to have the opposite effects of what is advertised. mono-thematic vitamin supplements are the worst but multis can be not so much better. $15 for 500 days of multi sounds like a really shitty multi I wouldn't even give to my cat
I'd rather spend that $ 15 on extra broccoli or seasonal fruit
