i wasn't a fan, it made me itchy and gave me shits like c4 does

I just make my own, 6g citruline malate, 3-4g beta alanine and a 200mg caffeine pill.
Can anyone reccomend anything else I could add?

You could add creatine and taurine
Instead of caffeine use DMAA or Ephedrine.

Just dont take too much. Same as any other stimulant. Its the ingredient in the old preworkouts that everyone loved. Idiots were taking 4 scoops of it and having heart attacks and instead of blaming the people they made DMAA the boogy man and basically semi-banned it. I say semi cause its not enforced and some still have it but big chains dont carry em. For example mesomorph has it in it but youll never see it being sold at GNC or BB.com and all those normie places.

I'm using APS Nutrition Mesomorph right now. 1/2 to 2/3 scoop. Keeps me pumped and laser-focused through a 2 hour workout. It has DMAA in it.

Try the Rocket Popsicle flavor. Tastes like candy I used to eat when I was a kid.
