I went 216 - 195, 20+ lbs in a month.

Heres what worked.

Fast all the time, 18 hours +.
Drink water all day.
Get into keto
Protien shake after workout/at night time when hungry. No sugar/carbs.
Eat raw pumpkin seeds when hungry or chicken breast, after fast. High fat, chicken, eggs, oil, butter and fast food NO BREAD JUST MEAT N CHEESE, is okay to get in keto. Then raw foods, no processed.
Zero sugar monsters
And cigs for appetite suppressing.
Keep mind busy with work, or books, or music.

Recap:
Keto, Intermittent Fasting, plain or raw low carb foods, lots of water, lots of stimulus, no slacking.

Blood loss. Do it carefully and gradually.

DNP. 200 mg first three days, then 400 mg a day until desired weight is within 2 pounds or so, then 200 mg next three days and be done with it. But for sure clean up your diet because the weight will come back if you don't change.

Sleeping pills. Sleep the day away and don't eat calories.
