Could I get a form check? I'm not sure if I'm hitting depth. I'm usually squatting deeper but I decided to cut it a bit short since I'm getting some lower back pain when squatting. I don't feel anything when deadlifting. I also sometimes feel like I'm falling forwards, and I think it happened during this video. Any tips would be helpful. Are my knees okay? Feet too wide/close? Noticible buttwink? First time squatting without looking in the mirror too.

Can somebody explain the concept of powerlifting in general and for the user base of this thread to somebody who's been lurking because this is the only collection of non-dyel fit users? I am looking to compete although I just started lifting seriously recently but my lifts are improving rapidly.
