just a little background, i absolutely love milk. i think in part its because my mom breastfed me until i was 11 and literally everyone on her side of the family has atleast D cup breasts but essentially everytime i drink milk i just imagine its been tenderly and lovingly hand expressed into the milk jug.

that being said, i am trying to watch my weight so throughout the week i exercise and eat really healthy.

recently though i havent been able to resist not having milk especially since ive been at college for a month+ now so i havent seen my family.

will it be bad for my gains if i start drinking a gallon of milk on the weekends as part of my cheat meals?

i guess im glad my family was pretty good about not making it weird.

it was just honestly something my mom and i did to spend time together, after my homework was done and i had finished showering id love to cuddle up with my mom for like 15-20 minutes.

It's definitely a pretty rare thing. But it seems you weren't really affected by it in any big way so you can just continue on with your life.

Lots of things can make a child grow up as a traumatized adult when other people make a big fuss about a thing which gives them the impression the thing is very significant and that they should be very concerned about it. You can have the weirdest childhood but become a perfectly adjusted happy adult if no one tells you it was weird. By the time you're an adult you can tell yourself that you don't need to be concerned.
