My concoction for cardio days. I can run forever since I tend to lose track of time and focus on my breathing and need to set a timer when I do. When I started that I could go faster and longer than I usually could.

I feel like one day I'll have a heart attack though but the gains I make on running even when off that are too good to pass up.

Just a cheap pain reliever to help ignore the basic pain you might get running to keep concentrating on the run, or if you have shit form and run stiff to help ignore that better.
I just throw it in out of habit, but I used it early on to ignore side stitches or the pain in my traps from holding the stitch as I ran. Probably not necessary anymore though.
