I eat hard candy almost every day on a cut.I have two kinds and they're 4kcal and 12kcal each and one lasts for like 15 minutes so it's real easy to have some treats while keeping their total under 50kcal a day. It's dessert, it's snack while watching videos etc. And I don't get any cravings or do cheat days because I'm eating candy every day and it's real easy to make room for 50kcal.

Go to bed before 9pm.
