I want to go from a 300lb to a 600lb deadlift in a year

I'm 230 lbs, mostly muscle mass
my relative strength (strength to bw ratio) is laughable
I struggle to bench press 200lbs for 3 reps
I can only do about 5 full ROM pullups from dead hang
I can squat 220lbs for 5 reps
and deadlift 300lb for 3 reps
I want to get my deadlift from 300lb to 600lb ASAP
how can I achieve this?
I'm sick of getting outlifted by guys smaller than me
