Bout a year into training.
Adding in lateral raises and seated BTN press did wonders for my delts.
(obviously be careful with BTN pressing, as going too heavy is a bad idea)

I am not retarded and fall for some meme routine like ss
I've only done standing press and my delts are nice and juicy. Maybe you just never got past 1plate.

I didn't, I'm following StrongLifts routine, since I'm lifting only around 2 months and I barely OHP 40kg.
Still trying to get that dynamic hip movement into the lift, because it's getting harder with only my arms.

lateral raises > everything else

hammer grip front raises with a plate and lateral dumbell raises are what you need
