Should i get triggered when i see "healthy" used as a adjective in front of a macro?
All macros are broken down equally. There is no unhealthy fats/carbs/protein.
The only distinction should be between fiber and non-fiber carbs.

Let's say for all intents and purposes, you've "made it" - is it easier to maintain that look once it's been hit? I've read that having more muscle will mean your BMR goes up as well.

Obviously this would mean at least some time in a gym and not going full retard on a diet, but at the same not not having to measure and upkeep every little minute detail to reach that goal?

I have like no clothes to wear anymore outside of work. I've lost 100 pounds and I'm losing 46 more and I want to get new clothes but at the same time I don't want to spend money on clothes because i know in a few months they wont fit. Any tips?

There's a program at my school for an AS in "Kinesiology: Athletic Training". Would this be a good start in helping people get fit and getting paid for it? I know the degree probably isn't worth much (won't cost much since it's at a community college), but maybe it will be a good experience I can learn from? I'm just lost right now, and this seems like a decent start. Anyone have experience with programs like this?

Is this good/medium/bad progress?

I was a fucking idiot and sacrificed form for weight last Sunday on my squats. Been just over a week and it's still kinda sore. Should I take the rest of this week off lifting or just take out squats and deads from me program this week

For cutting
1g/lb
For maintenance, a little less
For lean bulking, higher than maintenance but less than cut
Dirty bulk is the lowest

it gets easier especially as behavior becomes habit (requires less conscious effort/attention)

The optimum for a beginner is roughly close to .8g/lb (this goes down as you become advanced)

Standard progression. Good on you for cutting though from the get go. You'll still progress while cutting because noob gains. And with some luck, you'll stall a couple times just as you finish your cut, then you can fire the progression back up.

DO A LEAN BULK THOUGH. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES. LEAN BULK AFTER THE CUT. HIGH PROTEIN, 300 CALORIES ABOVE MAINTENANCE.

My community college gym looks like shit. One bench, fly traps can't be adjusted so good way to break your arm. What can I do if I just want a good upper body? I don't need to work on legs as much because it's not skinny.

Just do a standard novice routine.
If you really are allergic to legs, replace squat with hip thrust (ass cannot get too big if you are lean and natty, plus it gives you stronker deadlift)

Deadlift is good for back and traps as well as overall strength (more stronk = larger capacity to induce adaptive responses due to the greater stressor)

Do a proven novice routine (ss, greyskull, reg parks, bill starr, allpro, sl, even icf), applying the knowledge in ss and greyskull

Under the carb count on the nutrition label, there should be a fiber count. The closer these numbers are the healthier it is. Empty carbs are ones that don't have fiber. These can cause blood sugar spikes which contribute to insulin resistance.

Trans fats are bad, I don't worry about the other ones.

What's the best push-up for lower pec?
I was thinking bench decline push-up or push-up plus. Maybe even stability ball decline when I can figure out how to keep the ball balanced. I can't get the dip form right so I don't want to do those.

I have deloaded to 50-60% for this week.
How do I proceed from here besides eating big?
Do I load up to 80-90% next week? 100% the week after?

Do I just jump back up to 100% the next week?
What should my warm-ups look like?
What is the best way to bust through this plateau?

If you want to break plateau u need to do progressive overload, start with 85% of your Max, do 10 singles, really strict ones, next training session do 9x2, and after that 8x3 and so on until you reach 1x10 or 5x6 your choice and Then add another 5 - 10 kilos, do not think too much about setting a new pr, just do this and you Will see yourself doing your max for reps in no time

I need to start bulking but I often undereat because I have no access to ingredients and lack the ability to cook when I'm away. I'm strongly considering a mass gainer because it's something non-perishable that I can make wherever as a meal substitute. So, any recommendations for a brand or in general with my situation?
