I need to cut for swimming, curious about how much muscle I will lose once I'm at low bodyfat and how much my lifts will drop by. Is there a good routine for maintaining strength out there (I'm fairly new although I have been lifting for a several years now)
Yeah, there are different routines for each lift that are great while cutting and trying to maintain strength. From my experience I think the best are:
Squat - Smolov
Bench - Smolov Jr.
Deadlift Mag/Ort
If you combine all 3 and stay at a moderate deficit you should be able to maintain almost all of your strength.

How bad is it to bulk or bulk more if lifting is getting harder and you are already fat?
I was gonna be a fat 105 at my comp but i want to keep making increases on my lifts and not stall so i have committed to just keep getting fat, gonna be a 120
How tall are you? If you're at least 5'10" you should be fine
Maybe it's your programming that needs fixing.
