Short term goal:
During the vacation in two weeks I'll eat well and not succumb to just shoveling whatever into my gaping maw.

Actual long term goal:
Go through with a bulk. As a former fatty (285lbs to 165lbs/9%bf) I am terrified of anything but cutting.

I'm still a fattie (not so much anymore) and the nightmares we have came true because I didn't know shit about lifting, I had a dudebro trainer that made me bulk like a retard and even recommended me creatine.

Nope, just dead set on ascending and becoming un-cuckable.

Keto improves insulin sensitivity, could affect testosterone levels too. Just gotta get the correct ratio of macros. The supplements would be the basics to cover any micro nutrient deficiency, vitamin D3, zinc picolinate, magnesium glycinate, boron and a multivitamin.

Get my body fat percentage down to 10. Currently a fat fuck at 21, gone down from 26 two weeks in so far.

I made a list of all my goals for this year, here they are:
1. Reach B1/2 level German
2. Bench press my bodyweight, and overall fitness
3. Learn a new skill, chose web design for this.

Not gonna preach to you, but that's exactly what having goals is for. Stuff is meaningless if you do it without purpose.
