5. Get real clear skin via some routine I'm still working on.
6. Get broader shoulders.

Short term:
1. Improve hydration
2. Stay on keto for at least 3 months
3. Get decent resistance on long bike rides.
Long term:

Keto improves insulin sensitivity, could affect testosterone levels too. Just gotta get the correct ratio of macros. The supplements would be the basics to cover any micro nutrient deficiency, vitamin D3, zinc picolinate, magnesium glycinate, boron and a multivitamin.
