Lmaoooo I use like 25kg dumb bells and only do five each leg. Sometimes I use a barbell for extra stability work.
When did I say it was good? I just said what I did.
I've done 80x2 standing strict press before so one more rep than that using stretch reflex isn't impressive at all.
I usually do 20kg for high reps
Probably just need practise. I have pretty good balance from my taekwondo days
