Lower goal to height you can dunk on. Then put on ankle weights. Once you can dunk on that height with ankle weights, raise goal up a little and repeat until Steve Francis mode.

Do squats, box jumps and sprints. Give it time and maybe a bulk and a cut.

Find a copy of the Jump Manual on google. It's just full of plyo exercises plus other leg strength crap. Box jumps and heavy (max speed ) squats would probably be comparable. Depth jumps are gr8 too

Get fat and jump at an average height. Then get thin while keeping your legs excercised. I was fat and could compete with non fat people in almost everything, now I lost over 30 kg of fat and am in superhuman mode

Box jumps and jump squats. Any explosive leg exercise probably. If you're doing jump squats prepared to get weird stares though. Candito has a video on it
