been focusing almost only on bench lately, want to get back to progressing on squat/deadlift. I've always done high bar so I'm thinking of going low bar, think it would benefit me since I have long legs. Thoughts? Any good videos for learning low bar?

Just deadlifted 170kg 3 sets of 5 beltless hookgrip effortlessly. Meanwhile my highbar squat is at 90kg 4x4. Why is squatting so difficult for me. I think I can bench more than I can squat.
