gonna start lifting, how do i get into 2pac mode?

it's like zyzz mode, but with more cardio.

All upper body, and even just chest, biceps, triceps and delts at that

step two never work out a day in your life.

Literally just lift a couple times a week and don't eat much. That's what I do and i have a similar body
