I can go about as deep with low bar as with high bar and my stance is rather narrow, otherwise my inner thighs are killing me.

Lifting for 2 months, able to squat 90kg for 5 reps atm but want to improve it.

The difference is negligible regarding muscle activation and growth. They will both grow your legs and ass.

Personally I do high bar, as low bar hurts my shoulders due to inflexibility.

low bar = posterior (same shit as diddy)

high bar will train quads more and low bar will train posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes, low back) more. However the best one is which feels most comfortable to you.

for true ass to grass, you need to squat outside on the loan and you will understand.

ATG is when your hamstrings and your calves are in contact with each other.

Widen your stance to about shoulder width or a little beyond, it'll let you move more weight. More weight moved = more work = more gains.

i do both. lb is almost 3pl8 after 4 months. hb is a bit over 0.8 of lb. both still going up without issues every workout.

when i do hb i definitely feel it way more in quads

My issue with high bar is that it mashes my traps to shit, which isnt terrible but its there
but lowbar feels "tighter" and less stable idk

i have less practice on lowbar tho so that might be the issue

This isn't front squat. High bar and low bar isn't such a drastically different exersise. It just switches up your levers and includes a bit more of the hips. The main movers are still the same as high bar.
