A gym membership.
Rack and bench
>dip station
Nah, just get some gym rings.
The only decent gym that's available to me is 70$ per month. That's too much for me. I figure having one at home will come out to being cheaper in the long run.
power rack, bench, some strong resistance bands, homemade dip station, homemade push/pulldown machine (pulleys, carabeaners, rope)
Some adjustable dumbbells could be good too, but are unnecessary.
If you're worried about money then just go in the woods and cut down trees and lift heavy rocks.
ab wheel too, american flag, some type of either padding or rubber floor mat that is secure to protect the floor. Either those puzzle piece mat things or you could go to tractor supply and get those thick rubber mats.
It takes a while to build up a home gym, first things to get are power rack and barbell+weight
That shit in your pic, for one. A pair of squat stands can be a cheaper option, if you think having a fail safe way of squatting and benching isn't worth the extra cost.
An adjustable bench, because why not.
Horse stall mats to protect your floor.
And finally, a fleshlight to use in between sets.
Good bye shoulders.
If you could I recommend you build your own power rack.
Thinking of getting something like this instead for at full blown cage.
Then upgrade later on
For me, I was thinking of buying some ceap weights. Like cement filled weights, then buy some better gear when I get a proper income.
>pic got dip-station aswell
Cage is better. Get one with pullup bar/handles on it and you're pretty much set.
By "make" you mean construct or assemble?
Same here, can any anons recommend me a nice bench where I don't need a spotter
you can get a rack and a pullup/ dip tower for the same price as a cage
a cage does nothing that a rack can't do
get a rack with adjustable safety bars and it'll be perfect for squat/ bench/ ohp while being cheaper and using less space
one of these plusset the safety bars at the right height and you wont need a spotter
Roman chair
dyel confirmed
Save yourself the money and get varying degrees of bands instead of Dumbbells. A lot more versatile.
Spend money on a decent rack, barbell and weights. Compounds on barbell, accessories with bands
Farmfag here, went home gym cause town is 114km away with gym. For 2k i got power cage with lat cables and pull up bar. New bench with leg attach, dip station and a new york barbell with weights. Could have gone cheaper but would have been shit quality.
