started from skinnyfa/skelly, 5'7" manlet 140lbs around mid august
currently (still 5'7") 155lbs
ohp 55->90
bench 70 ->125
squat 95->160
dl 115 ->185
stalled a few times on lifts so I'm not doing something right. Guess I should just keep eating
Gained like 5 or 6 lbs this month, am I bulking too hard?

same height as you, I started at 160 lbs skinnyfat in june and now up to like 190. eating is good, but don't overeat like I did lmao
lower body had a good start from a sport in teen years, my bench sux hard though. recently fixed my technique so it's going up again

i've been bulking for 5 months trying to take it slow and stay lean and my strength progress started stalling out about a month ago. i took a few light weeks and started hitting it hard again and eating a fuck ton and even though i'm gaining a noticeable bit of fat it's hard to give a fuck since i'm feeling so much stronger.
Making good gains. My workout plan is as follows:
Look in the mirror and alternate
>looking small
>looking big and fat
to failure.
Currently sitting at 205 lbs. Probably gonna reach 205-210 before I start cutting in start/mid-december.
Gonna hit 1pl8 for reps, 2pl8 and 4pl8 for 1RM after a little over a year of lifting. Squats 3pl8 not gonna happen this year because I got hit by a van and lost all my leg gains.
Gonna lean bulk next year instead so I don't have to cut for months again.

190>205. Started 2 months ago with creatine and eating more. Lifts increasing, just got a job offer after being 5 months of uni, look better in shirts.
Only bad thing is my face is puffy.
On a cut actually, sucks because my gains are disappearing but whatever. Determined to get some abs sooner or later though.
Over eating is so gross but I don't want to be a skelly
I actually cut during the winter and bulk during the summer.
I do this because I have more free time during the summer which makes it easier to accommodate my longer workouts.
Also, the colder Winter temperatures help reduce the heat when I cut.
