I'd have thought that was fairly easy to understand. My bodyweight is 100kg, and I strap two 20kg plates to my waist for extra weight when doing chin ups.

My curl isn't great though, I curl max 50kg for reps

If you're training for aesthetics, that's totally fine. Don't listen to these doofuses getting tendonitis and breaking their wrists trying to curl 30kg dumbbells. You can get nice arms even using light weights.

What set/rep ranges?

Do 4x8-12 hammer curls then 4x8-12 supinating curls and also do chinups. And for the love of god do not rest 6 minutes per set like a fatfuck

Your biceps will be gud as fuck. You'll go light but you'll feel it way better

Every session I do bench press and rows OR press and chin ups.

Every session i do abs OR back extensions

On squat days (2x a week) I do hammer curls and overhead tricep extensions OR barbell curl and a dip machine. 3x12

Deadlift days I do unilateral legs like lunges or split squats, farmers walk etc and smith machine shrugs with a hold (for grip)

I also do that every other day not 3x a week

Do an in-depth study on a PPL split to start and look specifically for one that teaches high volume as opposed to low volume for beginners. Focus more about learning form and time-over-tention, that way you will make proper gains of talent to adjust to the weight increase as well.

Maybe if you sperg out and injure yourself. But you will not subtract gains from shit form. You will just get shit gains. You could literally go full-body weight training and make noticeable gains if you never lifted. And body-weight trainers are notorious for their shit forms.
