Any (stretching) advice?
If you have a gymbro who's more advanced ask him. I had to learn it myself but only really got good at stretching after I was taught by a buddy.
Just watch some youtube vids for stretch and try and do your best.
I'm not sure what areas of your body are tight but focus on hamstrings and hip flexors at a minimum.
Might need to work on dat shoulder mobility for that OHP too.
