I think youre fine either way, I don't think 120mg is necessary unless youre not getting results after 90 days. If that is the case, take one 60mg in the morning, and one before bed.

I've never understood how this happens to some people. I find delts are the only place as easy to pin as glutes. I tried pinning biceps for a couple of days on tren and had the most unbearable PIP of my life.

I mostly do glutes and quads
Chest isnt bad
Delts are ok, but I tend to shake the needle
Usually use 25g, slin is around 29/30g, ill use those for smaller injections

Yeah I tried chest the last two times and it went great. Minor pip but I could still workout chest fine. With this delt swelling, even if its minor at the top of the rom it hurts like a fucking bitch.

It's like 50/50 shot. Sometimes completely fine sometimes it fucks me up for half a week. No more!

Ironically quads never bothered me at all despite most people saying they get the worst pip from them. Never tried biceps, I think I might try tris first if for some reason I feel compelled to pin my arms.

Don't do biceps, seriously. Even if you're pinning ED it's not worth the effort. I found my arms were worthless on days when I pinned bis.

Quads are pretty good, but when I do get pip in them it's brutal. Personally I'll always be a glutes man. I'm tempted to try lats but now that I only run E3D compounds I don't see the point.

When I first started pinning (not that long ago really) I did VG and one pin had me limping for a week. Couldnt work out at all, even trying to bench caused it to flare up and make the movement impossible. So since them Ive stayed the fuck away. Delp pain may be annoying but at least I can do rows, deadlifts, bench, etc. Couldnt do shit when my glute turned off

To be fair, I don't squat with high volume and for a long time I didn't squat at all. I just deadlift heavy with high volume.
