I was heavily into this shit a few years back

Eventually realised people were just looking for an excuse to hit something that didn't hit back.

first one was pretty good for a hook to the gut, but there's a pull at the point of impact which severely decreases the push force of the punch.Ssecond one was too focused on reach and seems to have forgotten speed and weight. Third one looks good to an onlooker but he pulls it at the point of impact, there also seems to be a disconnection with the weight and speed creating a punch that's much weaker than it should be
