Fat people in the gym are where they should be. If anything I give thel a thumbs up or a nod when I see one dying on a treadmill or smashing a PR.
The gym is probably the most friendly environment you can end up, as long as you're motivated and thorough, whatever your shape and size. I started skinny, theu started fat, who cares? We all start somewhere. The end line is what matters, and we all have a hard journey to do before we get there.

I always encourage fat people to go to the gym and give them credit for trying to improve. In reality I get sick by looking at them and get annoyed by their presence in my gym. Am I an evil person?
