i hate BB rows, very hard to use a weight heavy enough to hit the back muscles properly without lower back giving out first and ruining form

body english is ok do cheat rows and you'll progress
kipping pullups > strict pullups
more reps = more gains
my form always fucks up with these then my low back hurts. switched to one arm bent db rows. i fan go heavier now and get a better stretch. they're just better.
