My powerbelly withstands all weight thrown at it.
Nice bench. looked real strong throughout the rom
The look I'm going for is similar to this. More in line with the Greek statues.

Keep hustlin' brah, we're all gonna make it.
You're pretty tall, so in the end you're gonna look better than the manlets here.
help me out man, im making a diet change, but now should I lift weights, or do some cardio to burn off the excess love handles. or do both.
Eat a lot of protein and fat, do not eat any carbs except veggies, you can even try keto diet, check it out.
Focus on lifting, ideally 4 times a week but twice a week is sufficient, do cardio on off days and/or after lifting.
Ok looking into that keto and gonna follow what you said. Thanks man for the positive reinforcement
routine?
1.Legs
2,Back
3.Shoulder/arms/chest
4.Rest or repeat
I deadlift with the same form and the same weight. Any advice apart from core strength which im workong on already?
Not much to it, just hammer your upper back with heavy shrugs, rack pulls, yates rows cause you're gonna have trouble locking out when you get to that 700-800 lb range, with a slouching upper back the bottom portion of the lift is easiest but gets harder as you get to lockout.
Ok thanks bro. Also I'm 6'4 so it's hard to get low to the bar and keep my shoulder blades pinned back, would you just recommend some flexibility work for that? Thanks again :)
not really, just deadlift how you feel most comfortable and strongest, your form will by itself gradually perfect to suit your leverages the best
Ok thanks for the advice desu
